One should arrive 1st day of the course. On the Second day at 10:00 am the Course will start with a yoga ritual. On the day before the last day of the course, the graduation ceremony takes place, therefore, departure should be planned on the last day of the course. If a students wants to extend the duration of stay, They may be able to stay for additional days either before or after their program. To book an extended stay, please contact us in advance.

No, you do not require any experience before joining this course.The only prerequisite for our students is that they have an open mind and an appetite for learning and growth. Our teachers are wonderful at balancing varying skill levels - we have had students with no experience taking the course alongside students with more than a decade of experience.

Here are our tuition rates for each program:

200 hour: Shared: $1250, Private: $1450

300 hour: Shared: $1400, Private: $1600

The course fee include accommodaion and meals, our students participate in intense and immersive days of classes, familiarizing themselves with the fundamental aspects of yoga.

To fully secure your space we require a non-refundable deposit USD $200 that is used to reserve your spot in our course, and is also applied towards your full course tuition.

Once you arrive, you can pay the pending fees.

In case of booking cancellation, advance fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Due to some reason if a participant is unable to attend the booked dates, can change it to other dates on prior notice with the same booking amount.

You can pay in cash, We accept the following currency if paying in cash: INR/USD/Euros/Pounds/Australian Dollars/ Canadian Dollars. If paying through Paypal: transaction charge of 5% will be applicable.

You can pay via PayPal online with 5% extra as a paypal transction fee.

We are a certified Yoga School by Yoga Alliance, and also certified by the government of India. Yoga Alliance is internationally recognized as a certifying organization for both schools and teachers, so your teacher training certificate will also be recognized internationally.

Yes! The Yoga Alliance USA is recognized all over the world.Note however that registering as a member with Yoga Alliance USA does not register you as a member of Yoga Alliance UK/AU.

You need only Tourist visa/E-tourist visa to attend this program. Attending a short-term yoga program and short duration stay are in the list of permissible activities under tourist/E-tourist Visa ( valid for 30-days). Closest Domestic Airport is DED-Dehradun - (approx. 25 km from our centre) Participants also have the option to arrange a domestic flight from Delhi to DED-Dehradun airport | flight duration 30 - 45 Minutes. Yes, We provide Taxi Pickup and Drop services to our participants from both the Airports on additional cost. From Delhi airport taxi pickup to the Centre @ 70 USD | 6-7 hours taxi ride, From DED - Dehradun airport taxi pickup to the Centre @ 20 USD | 30 - 45 Minute taxi ride

Yes,It is very safe! Rishikesh is a holy city, and less crowded on average than other cities like Delhi, Kolkata, Varanasi, etc.There are many western women that travel alone to Rishikesh , you will blend right in with the rest of the female tourists.

During December, January and February, the weather is quite cold, and you are required to get warm clothes. But rest of the months such as March, April, May, and June are hot. And the months of July, August, and September, which have heavy rain.

To be safe, you should never drink water that comes straight out of a faucet, nor should you brush your teeth with it. Showering is fine (as long as you don`t gulp mouthfulls of the water ).For meals served at our school, we provide filtered and purified water. Our students usually buy bottles of water at nearby stores.

We should note that we are'nt officially medical professionals (in the western sense of the word ), so you should exercise your own judgment and research as well before deciding whether or not to get vaccines.

Many people bring basic first-aid (bandaids, antibacterial cream, etc). You should definitely bring any prescription medicine that you need to take during your course. We also recommend bringing diarrhea medicine in case you eat food in restaurants or accidentally drink unfiltered/tap water. All of our food and vegetables are washed and cooked with purified water, so you won'nt have to worry about getting sick during your daily meals.
