Yoga Alliance Accreditation

Our training school has met the standards and guidelines as set out by the Yoga Alliance, giving you the necessary credentials to register 200 hours (RYT 200) of Continuing Education (CE) towards their RYT 300 and RYT 500 registration.

Course Curriculum

Hatha Alignment - Learn asanas postures and its variations with alignment based on Iyengar style. Hatha Yoga classes focus on the fundamentals of Hatha yoga, the yoga of balance. Through Hatha & alignment we explore different postures , with a focus on individual poses rather than the flow or movement between them.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow Yoga - Vinyasa Flow is characterized by flowing poses and sequences that are linked to the breath. Through the flowing movement of one pose to the next, the focus is brought to the inhale and the exhale. Various vinyasa class sequences that include the regular linear ashtanga sequence and more creative expressive vinyasa forms.

All major Pranayma as per hatha yoga pradipika will be taught in detail and, most importantly, correctly, in pranayama methods to further engage you in practice and the world of yoga and meditation.

The classic texts and teachings on yoga presented in terms of our lives today, with most attention on Patanjali Yoga Sutra and 8 limbs of yoga,You will learn about the Bhagavad Geeta and the lessons of Karma yoga, Bhakti yoga, and Gyana yoga.You will learn about the physical, astral, and causal bodies and Hatha Yoga Pradipika.

Students will learn both the philosophy and practical application of a variety of meditation techniques. You will get an introduction to Chakra meditations,Mantra Meditation,Vipasana Meditation and other meditation technique.

Our anatomy classes go far beyond just simply naming the elements of the body.You will learn 5 of the main physiological systems - Skeletal, Muscular, Respiratory, Digestive and Cardiovascular. These system will be covered with a functional understanding and coordinating yoga practices that help to heal and bring balance to each system.

Clear guidelines and instructions on how to teach to different levels of students a few different approaches to asana class as well as breathwork.
