Hatha Yoga Asana

Learn foundational yoga postures with a primary focus on proper alignment, stability, breath control, and body mechanics to build a safe and intelligent practice.

Ashtanga Vinyasa

Be introduced to the dynamic, flowing style of Ashtanga. You will practice the Primary Series, focusing on the connection between breath (Ujjayi) and movement (Vinyasa).

Pranayama (Breathwork)

Your Certification Pathway

This 100-hour course is a Yoga Alliance approved program that serves two primary purposes:

Pathway 1: Complete RYT-200

Use this course as the first module of our full 200-Hour YTT. Return anytime within a year to complete the second 100 hours and receive your RYT-200 certificate.

Pathway 2: Continuing Education

If you are already a registered yoga teacher (RYT), you can use these 100 hours towards your Continuing Education requirements with Yoga Alliance (YACEP).

Please note: Completion of this 100-hour course alone does not qualify you to register as an RYT-200 with Yoga Alliance.
