Our 100 Hour Yoga TeacherTraining Course includes the study and practice of Hatha Yoga Asanas, Pranayama, Meditation, Kriyas, and Alignment and Adjustment Workshop. Our Yoga Training course will lift your spirit and your mind with the knowledge and experience of Yoga. This course will prepare you with all required skill and confidence you need to become an efficient Yoga teacher and will progress your personal Yoga journey.
This course is also a great option for those who wish to complete the 200 hour training course, but do not have enough time or resource prepared to complete the entire 200 hour training course in one go. Students have the option to return for another 100 hours whenever is convenient for them to complete the 200 hour teacher training certification.
Please note that after completing the 100 hours of Yoga training does not qualify you to teach. However, if you are using the course to further your training studies, the additional 100 hours can be added to your existing teaching certificate.
Hatha Alignment - Learn asanas postures and its variations with alignment based on Iyengar style. Hatha Yoga classes focus on the fundamentals of Hatha yoga, the yoga of balance. Through Hatha & alignment we explore different postures , with a focus on individual poses rather than the flow or movement between them.
Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow Yoga - Vinyasa Flow is characterized by flowing poses and sequences that are linked to the breath. Through the flowing movement of one pose to the next, the focus is brought to the inhale and the exhale. Various vinyasa class sequences that include the regular linear ashtanga sequence and more creative expressive vinyasa forms.

We have both private and shared rooms. Our rooms feature a balcony/terrace facing the gardens and mountains. The balconies are a great spot to watch exotic birds in the trees or to sit back reading a book.
We provides all delicious vegetarian food, prepared fresh daily in our kitchen. The food is fully prepared hygienically and the vegetables are organic and locally produced.

3 - Keep the deposit with us and join the training anytime in future
