100-Hour Meditation Foundational Curriculum

This 12-day curriculum is a focused immersion into the core principles of meditation. You will build a strong personal practice and learn the skills to begin guiding others.

This module is the heart of your practice. You will explore a variety of foundational techniques from different traditions, learning not just how to practice them, but why they work and how to teach them to others.

  • Mindfulness: Learn to cultivate present-moment awareness by observing the breath, thoughts, and bodily sensations without judgment.
  • Mantra Japa: Explore the power of sound vibration. Learn to use sacred chants (mantras) as a powerful tool to focus the mind and elevate consciousness.

Our 100-Hour Meditation Teacher Training runs on even months. The all-inclusive fee covers all tuition, 11 nights of accommodation, and 3 Sattvic meals per day.

Cancellation Policy

The $200 deposit is non-refundable. However, it is transferable. You may apply your deposit to any other course within one year of your original booking date.
