This comprehensive 200-hour curriculum is designed to give you a 360-degree mastery of meditation, from foundational techniques and advanced philosophy to the art of confident teaching.

Foundational Meditation (The 4 Pillars)

Master the four fundamental techniques for quieting the mind, building concentration, and developing a profound personal practice.

  • Vipassana (Mindfulness): The practice of observing reality, sensations, and thoughts as they are.
  • Antar Mouna (Inner Silence): A systematic yogic technique for mastering the thought process.
  • Mantra Japa: Using sacred sounds and chants as a powerful tool to focus the mind.
  • Trataka (Concentrated Gazing): How to steady a restless mind and enhance one-pointed focus.
Advanced & Dynamic Meditations

Go beyond static sitting to explore powerful techniques that release deep-seated stress and work directly with your energetic body.

  • Kundalini Meditation: Practice foundational Kriyas to safely awaken and move subtle energy.
  • Chakra Meditation: Techniques for purifying, balancing, and activating the 7 energy centers.
  • Dynamic Meditations: Active, cathartic techniques to release stored physical and emotional tension.
  • And more: We will also explore guided meditation, and other foundational techniques to build your complete teaching toolkit.
Pranayama, Kriyas & Bandhas

Master the science of breath control and yogic cleansing to purify the body and prepare the nervous system for deep, sustained meditation.

  • Shat Kriyas: Yogic cleansing techniques including Jala Neti and Sutra Neti.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between the 100-Hour and 200-Hour meditation course?

The 100-Hour course is a foundational immersion for beginners or those seeking personal depth. The 200-Hour course is our comprehensive professional program, designed for those who want to teach meditation with mastery. It includes more advanced techniques, in-depth philosophy, and significantly more teaching practicum.

Is this 200-Hour course the same as a 200-Hour Yoga TTC?

No. A 200-Hour Yoga TTC focuses primarily on Asana (physical postures). This 200-Hour Meditation TTC is a specialized, in-depth program that focuses entirely on meditation, pranayama, and the specific philosophy and science of the mind.

Can I register with Yoga Alliance after this course?

Yes. This course is certified under Yoga Alliance YACEP (Continuing Education). If you are already an RYT-200, you can add these 200 hours to your YACEP credits. If you are not, you will still receive a 200-Hour Meditation Master certificate from Raj Yoga Rishikesh, a globally recognized school.
